All Our products can be designed and made by your requirements.

The Scope of Customization
The company's main products can be customized according to customer requirements, and the scope of customization includes but is not limited to:
Length, width and height dimensions;
Materials (various steel and aluminum materials, etc.);
Surface coating (galvanizing, spray painting, plastic spraying, different colors and patterns);
Functions and ancillary equipment (such as lighting fixtures, CCTV, cables, distribution boxes and control cabinets, etc.);
If the customer doesn't have a design, we will provide our drawings and design for selection.

Customized Processes and Capabilities
Our engineering team can help customers to develop their own design to satisfying different use. Generally the procedure of customization is:
A: A business relationship to be established.
B: The customer explain their needs and requirements, such as, product, application site, function and specification, material, quantity, quality standard, etc.
C: Our engineering team make the first draft design and sent to customers for confirmation.
D: The customer put forward their suggestion for modification/revision.
E: Our engineering team make modification and sent the design drawings in CAD or PDF.
F: Our sales team join in the process, to decide the transaction term, such as quantity ordered, delivery time, quality, shipment, etc.
G: The sale agreement be closed.
Our engineers issue the drawing to our production department.
Remarks:
For steps B and C, if the communication through e-mail and phone-call between the two parities can’t make everything clear, our engineering team can go to the customer’s location or the project address, to make the site survey and prospecting.

Customized Product Cases
Example: lamp pole
(1) Height: 3m-40m;
(2) Pipe thickness: 2mm-30mm;
(3) Surface treatment: hot-dip galvanizing or plastic spraying;
(4) Functions: road signs, cameras, lights, Radar speed measuring equipment, video cameras, traffic safety signs, installation of LED screens, etc., according to the functional positioning and different equipment, the specific product shape, opening position, installation space, reserved installation space and other customer project needs are customized.
Example: Multifunctional Pole (also called smart pole in Chinese)
It can integrate lighting, signal lights, CCTV, radar speed measurement, traffic safety instructions, broadcast and other functions.
This Multifunctional Pole (Smart Pole), from height, size, pole wall thickness, to the installation position, installation quantity, load-bearing capacity, surface treatment (galvanized, spray paint, spray plastic), surface color, installation ( Ground fixing) methods, etc., can be customized according to customer requirements.
