This is a patented new product. We developed and designed it for Shandong Express Group.

As this expressway passes through the most beautiful mountain area of the province, in order to illustrate the outline of the mountains, this special structure is designed. To meet the various function, different equipment is arranged on the top of rank of the pole, and the control systems are integrated in a small control cabinet at its base.

When this superhighway was opened in October 2023, this multifunctional pole received great reputation from professionals in the traffic industry.

The monitoring and maintenance of cable lines in tunnels have long posed challenges for road operation and maintenance units. The high speed of vehicles in tunnels poses significant danger to personnel conducting on-site inspection. However, without inspection, serious problems,such as, electrical short-circuit, and potential fire may occur. Maintenance costs are very high. To address this issue, we have developed a Tunnel Safety Intellectual Monitoring System( TSIMS), which not only detects the possible problems of the electrical cable issue, but also monitors the water levels in the fire water tank, and cable trench. The smart system monitors current, voltage, and overall equipment operating. If equipment abnormalities are detected, the system provides early warning and triggers a remote alarm through the control system, allowing the operation and maintenance team to monitor the tunnel’s status and take  preventive emergency measures.

In the past, tunnel cables generally used angle steel cable brackets to support wires and cables, and they were uniformly arranged in trenches without layer distinction. During the wiring process, multiple cables are arranged together on the bracket, and the cables often get tangled together. After many years maintenance, the cables gradually become disordered, resulting in a greatly increased workload for the staff and a huge increase in repetitive work. Efficiency is reduced. To solve the problem, we designed a classified arrangement snap-type tunnel cable bracket, which can support the layered and regional placement of cables in the cable trench, and ensure that the bracket will not be stressed due to its own weight. At the same time, cables, wires, network cables, etc. with different functions are classified and placed indifferent layers and lattices, clearly marked, and stored neatly without clutter. During inspection and maintenance, the abnormal wire can be quickly picked out and inspected without confusion.

We designed this cable layered management bracket. In the future, the cables will be divided into unconnected grids, and buckles will be added on top. The type and function of each cable will be clearly stated, so that it will no longer be cluttered, making maintenance and management easier; Moreover, a QR code is set up on it. When each maintenance personnel changes the cable, they need to scan and report, thus realizing remote monitoring and management of maintenance activities...

In 2022-2023, Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia, launched an urban road renovation project. As a subcontractor, Shandong Hongrui supplied most of the pole products that the project need, such as streetlight poles and antenna poles. This project is support by the World Bank’s loan, so it has a very high requirement on the quality. The product of this project is strictly customized according to customer needs, and the quality meets CE certification standards.

The product was perfectly completed and got high approval, then now we are ready for the customer next project for traffic poles. We are pround that Hongrui's products not only help and improve the safety and efficiency of the traffic in Addis Ababa City, but also improve the City's image and environment.
