In 2019, Shandong Hongrui won the bid for "Gansu Provincial Boundary Toll Station " Project, which involved the demolition and restoration of 11 toll stations, and equipment upgrades at 38 toll stations, the construction of 400 ETC gantry systems, 899 ETC lane system renovations, 161 weighing and monitoring system installations, communication transmission system construction and network security improvements.
